The “G.T.B. ANODOS S.A.” company, which resulted from the transformation of “ANODOS E.T.E.” into a public limited company in July
2013, was originally founded in 1994 in Athens as an Engineering Consulting Services firm. The company’s offices are located in the center of
Athens, in a privately-owned building of approximately 550 m2.

The main areas of activity of the company include design, study preparation, and consulting services in the following fields: Transportation
Work Studies, Structural Studies, Hydraulic Work Studies, Topographic and Cadastral Studies. The company’s clients include Public Sector
Entities (Ministries, Public Organizations, Regional Authorities), Private Sector Entities (Greek construction companies and individuals), as
well as international companies operating in Greece.

“G.T.B. ANODOS S.A.” belongs to the same group and shares resources with the company “CHARAXI S.A.” (founded in 2005), which mainly
operates in private sector projects.

The goal of both companies is to provide engineering consulting services from the reconnaissance study stage to the implementation study
stage, as well as the preparation of tender documents and specifications, bid evaluation, and construction supervision.

A key strength of the company is its accumulated experience in managing studies for complex projects, requiring coordination among
various specialties for projects already in the implementation phase.

With profound respect and deep emotion, we pay tribute to the late Konstantinos Galeridis, co-founder and key executive of G.T.B. ANODOS S.A. His vision, unwavering dedication, and tireless efforts were instrumental in the growth of our company, establishing it as a leader in its field.

Konstantinos Galeridis leaves behind an enduring legacy, not only as a distinguished professional, but also as a trusted friend, valued colleague, and inspiring mentor to all who had the privilege of working with him at G.T.B. ANODOS S.A.
